           When you reach middle age you experience increased body fat, loss of several pounds of muscle, gained weight, reduced metabolism, and decreased strength. I've been reversing the side effects of aging with strength training since 2009.
          I improved my overall fitness with just 3 days a week of weightlifting, sensible cardio, and a realistic diet.
          Age is no reason to live a sedentary life! I'm proof that you can start a sensible workout at any age and get results. All you have to do is be patient. It took you years to get out of shape and luckily it will take you fewer years to achieve better health.
