          vita-mix
I love creating beverages with my vita-mix. I've had mine for 10 years now with much success. I'd like to share with you many recipes I've made over the years. They are all simple to make and don't require exotic foods. You should be able to purchase all ingredients at your local grocery or health food store. Enjoy!

*If you don't have a vita-mix, any powerful blender will do.
